What started as a small consultation space with two passionate Ayurvedic physicians — Dr. Febina Gafoor and Dr. Sayana Usman — quickly became a beacon for those seeking lasting solutions for chronic skin ailments, stubborn hair fall, and metabolic imbalances.
Patients traveled from across Kerala, drawn by the clinic's integrative approach: classical diagnostics (Nadi pariksha, Ashtavidha) combined with compassionate listening. The success of personalized treatments and Panchakarma therapies inspired a bigger vision.
In 2018, Thwacha Ayurvedicswas born — to extend the clinic's healing touch beyond physical walls, offering authentic Ayurvedic formulations, wellness protocols, and digital consultations to a global family.
